Cracked Heels Vanish Into Thin Air In A Jiffy If Only You Know The Tricks

Cracked heels are a common phenomenon in the winters or whenever you have a dry weather. Cracked heals can be painful at times, and they can even lead to infections. Several efforts have been made by man to develop remedies for cracked heels. Though you may find them useful, yet some may be a bit expensive, or they may even cause side-effects. In this case, it is best to stick to home remedies for treating cracked heels.

One of the easiest ways to tackle with the problem of cracked heels is to use rice flour. You can prepare it at home by grinding a cup of rice using a grinder.  Make a thick paste of some  honey, apple cider vinegar and rice flour. Scrub the paste over the heels that are chapped.

You can always add to your efforts by improving the paste with some additives like olive-oil or sweet almond-oil. Be sure to remove all dead-skin from your heels before you apply the paste to it. Dip your feet in lukewarm water for a while for this.

Let the paste work its magic for about 15 minutes. Wash the feet with lukewarm water for best results.

Alternatively, a mixture of two tablespoons of brown sugar, one teaspoon of lemon juice, one tablespoon of honey and one tablespoon of olive-oil  will do the trick. Make a thick paste of these ingredients. Wash your feet in lukewarm water so that they are free from dust particles. Scrub the paste prepared earlier over your feet. Rinse your feet to get a clean and healthy pair of feet without cracked heels.
