Everybody has belly fat, even people with flat abs! It is normal and needed for your body. But, too much belly fat can be harmful for you. There are two types of belly fat. The fat that is under your skin, and deeper fat (visceral fat). In normal quantities, it is useful, because it is around your lungs, heart, liver and several more organs, it provides cushioning around those organs. If you have deeper fat, more than recommended, it can cause you heart disease, type 2 diabetes, certain cancers and dementia. People who have overweight problem, their body starts storing more fat around the heart and other organs, which is bad!

If you are a woman, your waist size should be less than 35 inches, if you are a man, you should have a waist size less than 40 inches. There are certain ways to achieve this goal. You must use all 4 advices if you want to make some progress. They are exercising, sleep, stress and diet.

You should have at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. If you want to achieve the same result in 15 minutes, you must do harder exercises, like jogging or going to the gym. In regular way, you can simply walk! You must have a proper diet. If you eat properly, you will lose belly fat in no time! Having enough sleep is also very important. You must sleep between 8-10 hours a night. The last thing you must remove from your life is stress! It is responsible for lack of sleep and overeating! If you reduce stress, you will sleep more and you will eat less!
